7 x 70-minute Immersive Sessions
Seven long-form private calls on Zoom, scheduled monthly for the duration of our time together. We might work somatically with what’s alive in your body, unpack a dream, trace a pattern back to its origin to unlock, untangle your current relationship dynamic, or ceremonially move energy that’s been stuck for years. Each session is customized to what your initiation is asking for right now and what will move the needle the most for lasting transformation.
7 x 50-minute Pulse Sessions
These shorter calls can be distributed throughout our 7 months together however it serves your schedule and process. They often tune up and refine what was unpacked during the longer monthly session. These calls can be held on Zoom or via phone call, depending on your preference. All we ask is for full presence.
3 Telegram Days
Voice note support that can be used Tues-Thurs 10a-3p ET and used any time during our 7 months together. When you’re in the messy middle of integration—when a pattern resurfaces, the grief and confusion hits or when you need a witness to regain clarity —you have support to help you stay with the transformation instead of abandoning it.
